The challenge we faced when building the website was the sheer number of products in the Dalply catalogue. We need to find a way to display them clearly, which would attract architects and potential clients alike.
Our initial concept and design was an online catalogue idea, using large graphical blocks displaying products along with page links.
We felt this produced visually a great looking website however we felt there needed to be more emphasis towards converting clients.
In the end we decided to add more detail heavy main pages with accessible contact forms. We did however keep the product pages in the more image based catalogue style.
